How to Proceed?
- Verify that your console is running the most recent version of its operating system.

- An unresolved issue may resolve by switching out the microSD card if the download is incomplete.
Create a new microSD card on your computer:
To use the first microSD card again if you don’t have another one or if the second microSD card you tried worked but you’d prefer to try the first, format the card’s data first. Attempt to download the software to system memory instead of the microSD card. Remove the microSD card and then try to download the software if another microSD card isn’t available. Either use the system memory or buy a different microSD card.
Issues Remain Unresolved:
As long as the problem persists and no microSD card is inserted, Nintendo Switch repairs are required.
